Changes coming to Rruff House
Your local Rruff House is always trying to improve and make changes for the better. As always, things are subject to change depending on the situation and on community response. Thank you for your understanding!!
General Health:
-All pets must be current on Rabies, Distemper/parvo, and Bordetella (kennel cough) before booking any service. If you do not have records, we will make an attempt to call your vet on file to get records.
-If your pet does not have valid vaccines at the time of your appointment we will not be able to provide the scheduled service.
Boarding Check Out is 11 am. Pets may check into half day daycare and stay the remaining of the day if needed.
Boarding Check In time is 12 pm. If you need an earlier drop off time then they will check into daycare until their boarding kennel is cleaned and ready to go at 12 pm.
As before, we will remain closed for daycare and training on the weekend.

-Your pet must also be flea and tick free or we will administer a Capstar tablet at the owner's expense ($10).

Boarding
We offer boarding for dogs, cats, and small animals!
Come have your pup stay over night with us! If you download our app you will also have access to our kennel cams where you can look in on your fur baby at any point and see how they are doing. Don't worry if you don't see them, your pup is most likely playing in daycare or out on a walk!
Boarding:
-All bookings require a 50% deposit of the total boarding fee. This deposit is refundable if cancelled within 24 hours, or 72 hours on holiday bookings.
-Check out is before 11 am M-F $10 late check out
-Check in time is after 12 pm M-F $10 early check in
-Pickup on Saturday and Sunday is between 8-9 am and 6-7 pm only, you must select the pickup time during reservation
-There will be NO pickup or drop off on holidays.
-Your pet may check into daycare after 11 am on check out, or before 12 pm on check in, for boarding daycare rate.

Saturday and Sunday: Boarding pick up and drop off 8-9 am and 6-7 pm; closed for daycare.
