Requirements
What do we require?
We require all dogs be up to date on Bordetella, Distemper, and Rabies Vaccinations to be in our facility. We require cats to have their Rabies and Distemper (FVRCP) vaccination. We must have proof of vet records to provide any services. IF YOU DO YOUR OWN VACCINES: you must keep the stickers off the bottles, the packaging, and the receipt showing the date of purchase.
When uploading vaccines or sending them in make sure the entire paper vaccine record is shown. Showing the vet, animal and vaccine dates.
